Some people think she is writing about Knowlton in her books, other say Sutton or Abercorn! Armand Gamache is her charismatic and clever detective on the case. An art show, an archery club, and a murder keep Gamache and his team busy in this charming village. We have copies available if you are interested. The next date will be January 8th at 6 PM. Explore the power of a richly told life story, the magic of poetry, and a New England world of yesteryear. This year’s Vermont Reads book is A Restless Spirit: The Story of Robert Frost, by award-winning biographer Natalie Bober. First published in 1981, this young-adult biography of one of America’s most celebrated poets retains all the charm and substance that only a classic can.
Copies available at the Circulation Desk.
